Can I update my shipping address after placing an order?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we may be able to update the address–just reach out to us right away at support@firstday.com.Once an order has been processed or shipped, we’re unable to make changes. Because our system uses the address provided at checkout or in your subscription account, we’re not able to reship or refund orders due to incorrect or outdated information.If the package gets returned to us, we’ll follow up with next steps.

We currently ship to the U.S. and Canada. For Canadian orders, a $7 international shipping fee applies–and you might see additional import fees depending on where you live. Canadian orders are shipped DDU (delivered duties unpaid).

You can adjust your next delivery date in your account settings at firstday.com. It’s flexible and takes just a few clicks!

4\. Select your preferred date and tap the "Pause Subscription" button.
